For more than three decades, ALCO has developed, acquired, and successfully
managed apartment communities throughout the Southeastern United States. From
our headquarters in Memphis and a regional office in Nashville, ALCO guides a
balanced portfolio of approximately 8,000 conventional and government-assisted
apartments. ALCO has ownership positions in over half of the properties we
manage, and has managed many of the properties under third-party management
contracts since the properties were built, some over 20 years ago.
